New York, USA, March 18, 2026 – Miracle Chain has launched blockchain infrastructure designed to give global capital markets access to African assets through tokenization and payment systems.
The initiative is built on two platforms: Miracle Chain as the technical backbone and Miracle Pay as the payments system. A central piece is a tokenized “African Growth Fund,” starting with a \$200 million oil reserve pledge and targeting growth beyond \$1 billion as the platform expands. The token architecture is called TANU.
Douglas Anderson described Africa as an economy heading toward \$3 trillion in size with the world’s largest future workforce, while still facing a significant development financing gap – framing the initiative as building a gateway rather than a single project.
Wale Tinubu, President of Oando Energy Resources, voiced support for the vision, describing the effort as building the modern financial architecture needed to unlock African value with greater transparency.
Hakan Törehan, CEO of Miracle Group, summed up the ambition as making African value globally legible, investable, and unstoppable.
The initiative is framed as financial infrastructure rather than speculative tokenization, combining blockchain transparency with real-world merchant payment activity. The longer-term vision extends beyond energy into infrastructure, trade, and logistics, with an October launch targeted.
