Privacy Policy

Effective date: 2026-09-05

1. Introduction

Welcome to Bellator Team Scandinavia. This team site, located at https://bellator.dalihasolutions.com (the “Service”), is operated by Daliha Solutions (“us”, “we”, “our”).

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, safeguard and disclose information in connection with your use of the Service. Unless otherwise defined here, terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meaning as in our Terms and Conditions, which together with this Privacy Policy form your agreement with us.

2. How Access Works on This Site

The Service is generally open to all visitors and does not require registration or login to access. In certain cases, individual pages or resources may instead be protected by a password — for example where content is intended only for members of the Bellator Life team. The Service does not use individual user accounts or membership: where password protection is used, it is a single shared password for that page or resource, not personal registration. Because of this, we do not collect names, email addresses or other personal data simply through visiting the Site or entering such a password.

3. Information We Do Collect

Usage Data. Like most websites, our hosting and analytics tools may automatically collect certain technical information when you visit the Site, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and the time and date of your visit.

Cookies and local storage. We use cookies and similar technologies, including your browser’s local storage (localStorage), necessary for the Site to function — for example, to remember your language preference and to remember that you have accepted the Terms and our Disclaimer in the initial popup, so it is not shown again on return visits. You can instruct your browser to refuse cookies or clear local storage, though some parts of the Site may then not work as intended.

Newsletter Sign-Up (optional). The footer of the Site includes an optional newsletter sign-up field. If you choose to enter your email address there, we (or, once connected, our email service provider) will use it solely to send you newsletter updates, and you may unsubscribe at any time. As of the effective date above, this form is not yet connected to an active mailing list — no email addresses are being collected or stored through it. We will update this Privacy Policy before that changes.

4. Use of Data

Where we do process any personal data (such as an email address you voluntarily provide), we use it only: to operate and improve the Service; to send you information you have requested (such as newsletter updates); to detect and address technical issues; and to comply with our legal obligations.

5. Retention of Data

We retain any personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, or as required by applicable law. Usage data collected for security or technical purposes is generally retained for a limited period.

6. Disclosure of Data

We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information we hold: if required to do so by law or in response to a valid request by a public authority; to service providers who help us operate the Site (for example our hosting or email provider) under obligations to protect your data; or with your consent.

7. Security of Data

We take reasonable steps to protect any data we process, including any page passwords in use, but no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please help us keep these pages secure for the whole team by not sharing such passwords outside the intended group.

8. Your Data Protection Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data we hold about you, the right to object to or restrict our processing of it, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@dalihasolutions.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.

10. Links to Other Sites

The Service may link to third-party sites (for example wallets or exchanges) that are not operated by us. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of every site you visit; we have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the privacy practices of third-party sites.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
